    Initial Consultation

    This includes a full medical and over all history taking of the horse and owner/rider since having the horse, conformation assessment, gait analysis, saddle assessment, assessment on lunge or under saddle, full sport massage and passive stretches (if appropriate) with aftercare advice.

  • Kate carrying out a consultation massage

    Maintenance Massage

    This includes gait analysis and feedback from the owner followed by a full massage and passive stretches (if appropriate) with aftercare advice. This is also appropriate for horses on box rest or that are rehabilitating from an injury.

  • Kate carrying out a pre event massage

    Pre Event Massage

    This warms up the entire body and aids prevention of injuries and allowing the horse to fulfil its potential and work to its maximum capacity. It involves discussion with the owner/rider with regards to the aim of the massage. i.e. if the horse requires relaxation or stimulation.

  • Kate carrying out a post event massage

    Post Event Massage

    This facilitates the removal of toxins which decreases recovery time and helps to reduce stiffness enabling the horse to return to normal work quickly. Post event massage is ideal after a competition or a hard days work.It covers the whole body focusing on stress points and can find areas of trauma. It also helps to detect potential injuries.
